Rising Edge’s Transactional Liability team AMANIKI, welcomes Daniel Holland in their team of M&A Underwriters.

Rising Edge Ltd (“Rising Edge”) announces today having signed an agreement to acquire AMANIKI GmbH (“AMANIKI”). This acquisition is enabling Rising Edge to launch a suite of Transactional Liability insurance products.
