Niki as Managing Director and qualified lawyer both in Germany and New York founded AMANIKI as an MGA and drives the everyday operations with her deep and profound legal and M&A Insurance knowledge combined with vast experience in the sector.

Before founding AMANIKI, Niki had her professional stations at McKenna&Cuneo Los Angeles, Haarmann&Hemmelrath and the top-tier law firm Norton Rose in Frankfurt, Germany in the Corporate Finance (M&A) team. Furthermore, Niki has experience in the Investment Banking sector, being at the Swiss heavyweight UBS in the Transactional Legal (M&A and Cap Markets) team. The entry into the Insurance market Niki began at AIG, setting up the M&A Insurance Division, followed by her stations at Zurich Insurance Group and Dual, where she was Global Head of M&A.

Additional to Niki’s massive transactional, M&A Insurance, and Capital Markets knowledge, she ensures seamless business communication in German, English, Turkish, French, and Italian languages.

Martin is an experienced law professional in Germany . After successfully graduating from the Universitiy of Applied Science of Bernburg (GER) with a degree in BusinessLaw, he gained experience as a Legal Consultant in e-commerce.
In this position, he dealt with various legal issues and questions in the field of e-commerce, including liability arising from freight contracts, and compliance with the requirements of the Price Indication Ordinance and the Packaging Act.
Furthermore, Martin assisted in the dr afting and reviewing of legal texts, for example with regard to terms of service, revocation policy, privacy policy, imprint as well as payment and shipping conditions. In this respect, he review ed numerous online shops to ensure legal certainty.
Martin is a native German speaker and has effective communication skills in English.

Zoltan’s background is in the CEE legal services sector, working with global and national companies, consulting firms. After finishing his legal studies in Slovakia, he earned his LL.M. at Queen Mary University of London specializing for Banking and Finance Law. He worked in managing as well as in senior positions spanning associate, head of legal and project management roles.

As Head of Legal for CZ, SK and Hungary Zoltan worked for ARVAL CZ a BNP Paribas banking group subsidiary, where he transformed the regional legal department while maintaining stability for the entity. As a consultant, he conducted various reviews, including detailed IBR, valuation, situational or competitive analysis. In addition, he led restructuring and transformation projects, financial arrangements, M&A, insurance and due-diligence topics.

Zoltan is native Slovak and Hungarian and fluent in Czech, English and German languages.

Rebekka has a legal background with experiences abroad. She attended business law courses in a University, based in New York. Rebekka worked during her studies as a paralegal. Since graduating, she has worked für several international companies, lately for a law firm based in New York.

Rebekka is fluent in German and has strong English language skills.

Jutta is the essential driver of our team and helps and guides the whole underwriting process by ensuring timely NDA processing, submissions dynamics and daily office operations.

She has several years of international corporate experience working at Dual, Mercer and John Deere.

Jutta connects the dots while sticking to the AMANIKI quality standards by ensuring smooth operations in native English and German languages.

When not making the impossible happening and making everything work out in the end, Jutta is going for long walks with her dog Herr Franz (employed in the quality of an Office Dog too). Furthermore, Jutta enjoys having nice conversations with the entire team and strives for harmony.

Raquel is a corporate lawyer experienced in M&A deals both as a solicitor and in-house counsel. Prior to joining AMANIKI, she was an associate at a Machado Meyer Sendacz e Opice Advogados, a Brazilian Tier 1 full service law firm.

Besides working on typical M&A transactional matters, she acted as a reference professional in the Vale crisis management project. She recently completed an LLM covering Cross Border M&A (EU, US and UK), English Corporate Law and International Finance at University College London.

She brings great communication and organisation skills to ensure a great experience for our clients. Additionally, she assures business in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Emanuela is a dual qualified Solicitor and Italian Lawyer (Avvocato) with a corporate and commercial background across multiple industries (retail, fashion brands, leisure and Real estate).

Prior to joining Amaniki, she was the Head of Italy Desk at Healys LLP and advised HNWI and companies on cross-border transactions and corporate, commercial matters.

She brings great communication and organisation skills to ensure a great experience for our clients in English and Italian languages.

This is Herr Franz, our Greek rescue package who is Chief Fun Officer in our team. Having served at the sunny coast of Santorini, he is now located in Frankfurt, bringing the Santorini sun to our office every day.

Herr Franz ensures deal fluency by providing good mood, barking communication in fluent Greek and German barking languages.
